4. Action Upon Receipt of a Valid Notice
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, FoodyBite.com will:

 - Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content,
 - Notify the user or source of the removal, and
 - Take further action if required by law.
 
We will not respond to incomplete or fraudulent DMCA requests.
5. Counter Notification
If your material has been removed and you believe this was done by mistake or due to a misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address above.
Your counter-notice must include:
- Identification of the material removed and its previous location,
 - A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed in error,
 - Your consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court, and
 - Your signature (physical or electronic).
 
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, FoodyBite.com may restore the removed material, unless the original complainant initiates legal action.

FoodyBite.com has no control over third-party content (e.g., YouTube or other video platforms).
If the infringement exists on the source platform, please contact that platform directly.
We only embed publicly available material and cannot remove it from the source site.
